Sajjadah 1426 - Illuminating Prayer Rug
This creation comes from Turkish designer Soner Ozenc. Its a sajjdah or prayer rug which as well as using light as an essential part of the design, also assists the person performing prayer by actually finding the right direction to pray towards. The motifs on the rug turn brighter the closer the rug is turned towards the direction of Mecca.
